The first look of actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s much-awaited film Shakuntalam was released on Monday, Feb 21. bring the story of King Dushyanta and Shakuntala, Samantha ethereal look blast on the internet after its releasing of poster.
Based on the classical play Shakuntala by Kalidasa, the film is written and directed by Gunasekhar. Malayalam actor Dev Mohan will play King Dushyant, while Allu Arjun’s daughter, Allu Arha, will play Prince Bharata. This movie of Shakuntalam is Samantha’s first pan-Indian project released in multi-language.
The filming of Shakuntalam was completed in August last year and the post-production work is currently underway.
